    Regarding squid, I had the most amazing squid in s. Spain last week--fried whole squid, grilled whole squid, and whole little squids from a can soaked in its own ink. Yum.

    I own that squid brand fish sauce! Warning: it is not as salty as fish sauce should be, IMHO.
